Note:
The pricing for inspection of homes larger than 5000 sq. ft,
or
multiple condominium or apartment units will be determined on a
case-by-case basis.
Partial Home Inspection
The
price for the following partial home (system) inspections is
$75.00. However, when an additional system is added, the
price of the second system inspection is only $50.00. (For
example, a crawl space inspection
would be $75.00, but a roof inspection would only be $50.00
when done
in conjunction with the crawl space inspection. These
"system" inspections are conducted in accordance with the
NACHI Standards of Practice.
