Hello, I'm Randy Strobridge, a home inspector certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). As a member of NACHI, I have to meet stringent requirements to maintain that certification, which guarantees you will receive the most comprehensive and professional inspection available. In addition, I use state-of-the-art inspection equipment (Explosive Gas and Carbon Monoxide Sensors, Infrared Thermometer, and Electrical Circuit Analyzers), and I generate an inspection report with digital photographs to give you the critical feedback you need in making an informed decision. After you have the report in hand, I am available to answer questions or provide further details about the inspection, even after you've moved into your new home.

Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you'll ever make. The cost of a comprehensive inspection by a Certified Home Inspector is very small relative to the cost of the home. As a home inspector, I am not involved in the emotions of purchasing a new home, nor is my fee contingent on whether the sale goes through.
